Our final element focuses on recovery, because we know exercise might be where the physical work is done, but our bodies and fitness really change through the recovery process afterward.

We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-10am) aftternoon's (Between 1-3pm) and evening (5-8.15pm) plus Saturday mornings (8-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.
Every session is 45 minutes long.
