What We Do

Our foundation begins with goal-specific, tailored exercises that align with your current fitness level, unique body, and desired speed of progression.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and we don't believe in giving our members a machine and letting them figure it out alone. We coach through each and every movement, giving clear targets and technique guidance throughout, so you never feel stuck for progress or unsure if you're moving correctly.

The next element is fueling and nourishing your body to lay the foundations for an active lifestyle, specific to you and your goals. Here at FLOW, you'll receive individualized and tailored guidance for your nutrition to create new healthy habits for amazing results that actually last.

Our final element focuses on recovery, because we know exercise might be where the physical work is done, but our bodies and fitness really change through the recovery process afterward.
Whether it's staying hydrated, improving your sleep quality, reducing stress, or staying mobile outside of the gym - we're here to provide the tools and education to support your goals and make 'Wellness and Recovery' a part of your normal life.

WHERE IS YOUR GYM? 

We're based on Kingsland Road in West Mersea, Colchester. Our car parks and main facilities are located just behind the St Helena Hospice building. see here.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-10am) aftternoon's (Between 1-3pm) and evening (5-8.15pm) plus Saturday mornings (8-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Every session is 45 minutes long.

ARE THE SESSION DAYS AND TIMES FLEXIBLE?

Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suits your schedule best each week.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
