ATTEND YOUR INTRO SESSION

We begin with an intro session where we explain how everything works, analyse your body measurements and prescribe the most effective training and nutrition program for you.

GET PAIRED WITH YOUR COACH

After completing your intro session one of our expert team will be assigned as your personal coach, they'll make sure you stay on track and get results without feeling confused and overwhelmed.

+ STEP 4

LIFE CHANGING TRAINING

Every week you'll be coached through three or more group training sessions that are specifically designed to help you reach your fat loss or strength and muscle building goals.

+ STEP 5

WORK ON YOUR HEALTH 360

Take part in yoga classes to improve mobility, suppleness, flexibility and mindset. Encouraging better recovery, stress management and sleep quality.

GET RESULTS & ENJOY THE RIDE

WHERE IS YOUR GYM? 

We're based on Kingsland Road in West Mersea, Colchester. Our car parks and main facilities are located just behind the St Helena Hospice building. see here.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-10am) aftternoon's (Between 1-3pm) and evening (5-8.15pm) plus Saturday mornings (8-11am). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Every session is 45 minutes long.

ARE THE SESSION DAYS AND TIMES FLEXIBLE?

Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suits your schedule best each week.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
